“Incredible people to do business with. Shopped around for my Kioti at a few different dealers. They were $500 cheaper than one and $1000 lower than the other. But the customer service excelled past both of the other dealers. Mrs Jackie is one of the best saleswomen (or men) that I’ve ever done business with. Very nice, personable, and helpful. She’s gonna do anything she can to help you get the best deal.
Fast forward to when they delivered my tractor package. The tractor loader was sprayed with a degreaser that took the clear coat off of 85% of the loader and bucket. The delivery driver called Josh (owner) and put him on the phone with me. He didn’t even give me a second to discuss what happened before telling me to load it back on the trailer and they’d bring me another one. Two days later they showed up with a new loader and bucket. I live about an hour and twenty minutes from the dealer, by the way. That goes a long way in developing a great relationship early on. If you’re in the market for a Kioti tractor, or any tractor, give them a solid look. AAA+ highly recommend!”
