“I needed an oil change as well as transmission service, but on a Saturday morning, I couldn’t even get anyone to look at my transmission issue. Most shops were closed and other quick lube shops turned me down by phone call, except for Kruz’n Quick Lube. Turned out that I did need my transmission lines repaired, but the leak was minor so they topped my fluid levels off and advised me of seeking repair from a transmission shop. They were very professional and knowledgeable of my issue. I’m so grateful because I’m back on the road without the prior issues until I can get the repairs needed on Monday. This is definitely a place where the technicians are efficient and care about what they do!Services: Oil change”

“Don't shop here unless you want a bad experience! Purchased my car in February of 2023. They told me it was driven by the owner's mother. Kept finding makeup spots in random places so I guess she liked putting makeup on in the car. Overthe summer whenever it was super hot, we noticed a smoke smell. I contacted my salesman, Clarence, who told me I was a customer for life. He told me to bring it by and they would fix it. Then he found out that since I had purchased it so long ago, there was nothing they could do. He did not disclose the car belonged to a smoker or I certainly would not have purchased it. So be warned, the crooks will sell you a smokers car, unless you specifically ask! Thanks for the valuable car buying lesson , Petro, and enjoy the money you made off me during a car buying crisis because it will be the last! I guess you just wanted the money now instead of fostering a lifelong relationship because I will buy a Honda or a Toyota next time! Buyers beware, they don't care about you as a customer! Once they have your money, they are done.”

“We bought a Chevrolet from this dealership and had a very good experience. I have to talk about the service department, though. I had under-warranty problems with my vehicle and was told by a closer-to-me Chevrolet dealer that they couldn't do the needed repair and to call the dealership where I bought it, so I called Vardaman (2-hr drive from me). The service department is SUPERB. I'm still waiting on Chevrolet to call back and get my repairs finished, but Vardaman's service department has called Chevrolet, checked for dealerships close to me that can do the repair, called me back multiple times, and fully explained everything they've told me. I am well pleased and would recommend them 100%.”
