“There's a bit of a negative stigma surrounding CrossFit as a form of fitness which mostly involves poor pricing, poor form, poor scalability, and of course injury.
That is not at all the case at CrossFit Royal. Workouts are scaled for you, and there is a huge emphasis on proper technique and pacing.
If you're hesitant to try this type of fitness out, I'd suggest trying at least one class to form your own opinion. However, if you rake a chance at Royal, you will find awesome community and welcoming people that don't judge and only encourage you on your fitness journey.
Overall, if you're wanting to try something new and are looking for community, then I would strongly recommend checking out CrossFit Royal Coast.”

“I was in Pascagoula for business for a couple of months and chose this gym because it has a heavy bag, like I use at home. I ended up loving this place. I wish I could have brought it back with me to Texas. Symone is an amazing woman. She made me feel at home from the moment I walked through the door. The boxing room is sparse, but functional with it's own kicking Bluetooth speaker so you can punch and stretch and workout to your own playlist. The equipment on the floor is clean and arranged well. It's really nice that there's a healthy juice place attached with access from inside the gym. If I ever find myself back there, I'm joining again the day I get there. No contract is really nice when you travel so much like me.”

“Went to the imaging part for a mammogram. Checkin was superfast and friendly. The staff in imaging were courteous, professional, efficient and friendly. The hospital made sure to provide a warm and calm environment since getting a mammo for some can be nerve-wracking. A plus...the gown wraps were heated!! The entire process from check in to being in KY car and leaving took 30 mins. So...what are YOU waiting for??? Schedule yours today!!”
