“Recently, on two separate occasions, I received exceptional service at the Grease Monkey located on Highway 90 in Gautier. The first visit was for an oil change in my daughter’s vehicle after she returned home from college for the summer. The mostly female crew that day checked her oil and informed us that it was super clean. They checked all of her fluids and topped off her tires and advised that she could easily wait for an oil change in another couple months before heading back to college at the end of the summer. I really appreciated their honesty, and they didn’t charge us anything for all the checks they did that day. Today I went in for a full service oil change on my own vehicle, and Shawn was the technician who reviewed services with me. He was extremely courteous and thorough and did not pressure me for add-on services. He highlighted the fact that I could stop in at any location in between services if I ever needed a fluid top off or tire pressure check. I wanted to write a review because the employees at this location seem to be very hardworking and genuinely care about providing a high level of customer service. I will definitely be returning for my next oil change.”
“5th set of tires on the 4th vehicle. Great folks! I worked in Ocean Sprins when I meet Jared and his team, I live in Alabama but drive back to MS every time I need tires. Best prices and amazing service. Called my local place just on this last set. The exact same tires, 4 wheel alignment & sensors was $247 more locally. Happy to drive an hour to save $247!!”
“Albert , Alexa , boots , Dante all was very awesome to me Albert was my service man I would be using him again Alexa checked me in Dante meet my needs I purchased two new tires boots was there with great customer service they all took time for me and my needs I really appreciate all of them I will be back for purchase two more next month. ❤️
