“I had my CDL for 8 months before recently starting at Jordan Carriers. My first driving job I pulled a reefer and had a lot of issues with the company. I did tons of research prior to even applying to Jordan and in the 2 weeks proceeding I watched a lot of youtube videos from the prospective of “hard working drivers” from Jordan. I feel the need to add that comment in quotations because if you are not a hard worker and serious about your career, then Jordan is not the place for you. I’ve had a great experience at Jordan since I started. My recruiter (Brittany) was super friendly and helpful, the office personal I have dealt with so far, the instructors (Jake, Raymond, and Marvin), and I was paired with an experienced friendly trainer (Harry). The terminal is very nice, always clean, and always a fresh pot of coffee brewing. They also provide you with equipment no older than 3 years. The head instructor Jake is extremely passionate about his job and it shows very much during the week of orientation. Not only does he implement a driver safety policy heavily, the orientation is very engaging. It’s not your typical boring learning experience. I enjoyed the week of orientation. I’m very excited to see how my CDL career will advance with Jordan.”
