“I love this store in my town. They usually have exactly what I need or want. The major reason I shop here is the Amazing Staff. Everyone that is employed at this store has always gone over and above to assist me. They are all so very knowledgeable and kind. You really feel like a person who isn’t “bothering them”. “Great product and great prices. I've been wanting some flex head ratchets in 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2, but they were a little expensive unless I got some from Amazon. Not being too sure about the quality, I waited. Went in to Harbor Freight yesterday and got the 3/8 drive Pittsburg Pro swivel head ratchet and I was so impressed that I went back today and got the 1/4 and 1/2 inch drive ratchets today. Soft grip handles are a nice touch as well. I am very satisfied with my purchases.”
“Hardware Clearance Section -ON STEROIDS!& Everything will be HALF-OFF the lowest ticket price at the register!If you always visit the clearance section/end cap of your favorite hardware store, then this place is your CLEARANCE HARDWARE MECCA! I found it! So, this is where all the hardware clearance stuff must go. I see all the familiar brands from the hardware stores (Home Depot, Lowes, Ace, etc.). Tools, paint, plumbing, electrical, PPE, garden supplies, A/C filters, etc. The Bad News: - They may not have exactly what you are looking for (only discontinued items).- All sales are final! No returns.- Even though it's organized, it may take some time to find your specific item.- On 3 different visits, there is always glass scattered in the parking lot. Not a good sign. Are cars frequently being broken in to? Or have they still not cleaned the lot? So far, I've made over 3 visits and no complaints. My purchases work just fine -from tools to lawn sprinklers. I found a great deal on PPE apparel (high quality cooling vests for $10 and long sleeve cooling shirts for just $5!) Some days have random specials -like 65% off all plumbing or electrical! Take my advice, visit this place first, it may save you some money!”

“I went in looking for a specialty light bulb, electrical supplies for my husband and a garbage disposal. While I was looking around, no less than 6 employees greeted me, asked if they could assist me and or pointed me in the right direction. The young lady at the self check out was equally friendly and offered assistance! Great job on customer service- Home Depot is way above Lowes in this area everywhere I have been, but today was exceptional in that area!!”
