“Theresa helped me plan and host a wedding shower for 40 guests. I just told her my vision; she took it and made it a reality. She helped me through all facets of the planning, decorations, food, etc. She did everything. All I did was order and mail the invitations. The decorations and venue were elegant, yet friendly. The guests were pleasantly surprised by the venue, the food, and the decorations. Many said it was the best shower they have ever attended! Did I say how beautiful the grazing table and flowers on the grazing table were? It was such a great experience with an excellent outcome! Thank you, Theresa! “My son's baseball team stayed at this property during a baseball tournament in Southaven. It was a great hotel with AMAZING staff. Tammy at the front desk is the best person I've ever met in the hospitality industry, and the staff at the cafe was always so helpful. The boys loved the indoor pool.”

“We celebrated my niece’s 6th birthday in the party room here, and it was absolutely perfect! Both the kids and adults had a great time. The kids were able to skate before the party began and again after the room reservation ended, which was a huge plus. We were also able to bring in our own party favors, cake, and ice cream. The manager made the entire process simple and stress-free, and was very friendly and informative about their pizza specials in addition to the party package. Everything turned out beautifully !”

“all I can say is this the best hotel in Southhaven. I have not had one complained. I work graveyard shift. I could be in in the morning. It’s like sleeping at night because there’s no noise No nothing. The customer service is immaculate from day one when I got here, they accommodated me even when I felt like I was about to give up they didn’t allow me to give up and they helped me right off the back they know my name they know me, and that means a whole lot to me. Everybody here is awesome from the corporate people that I have met the owners the front desk, clerks, the management team, the housekeepers even the ground man. Everybody is so sweet. It smells like home when you walk through the door. The rooms are extremely clean they take pride of what they do here. I have no complaints here at all and I will be doing My the remainder of my stay here while I’m working here at this hotel so if you want a great pleasant, friendly home Environment like home come here and stay at candlewood”

“All in all a good experience no issues, was here just 1 night was going to stay longer but couldn't.
Fun and games or trying to get laundry done I was able to get done some Saturday then finish Sunday morning, unfortunate issue is people leave there stuff in the machines. There's 3 floors off rooms so that's a lot of people here you have 2 machines for everyone, I've been to some candle wood where they have machines on every floor that's nice when that happens.
Room itself was comfortable everything worked.
Will look forward to coming back another time.”
