I cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay at Candlewood Suites in Olive Branch, Mississippi. Every member of the hotel staff treated me with kindness, patience, and genuine care during an unexpectedly challenging time.

I was stranded in Mississippi for an additional four or five days after my car was towed over the Labor Day holiday. I also experienced problems with Priceline, the third-party booking service I had used. Ryan at the front desk spent nearly three hours helping me resolve the booking issues, organize my room, and make sure I had somewhere comfortable to stay. She truly went above and beyond for me AND my dog. Her patience, compassion, and dedication to exceptional customer service were extraordinary.

The kindness extended throughout the entire hotel. I have a frozen shoulder and cannot zip the back of a dress by myself, so one of the ladies graciously helped me get ready for work for a Wedding I was coordinating. The housekeeping staff members were consistently warm, friendly, and helpful. When I was leaving, one of the gentlemen from housekeeping even offered to help carry my belongings out when I was leaving.

What could have been an incredibly stressful and lonely experience was made so much easier because of the nurturing, considerate, and compassionate team at Candlewood Suites. I felt safe, supported, and genuinely cared for throughout my extended stay.

“We had alot of Fun!!!!! It’s been awhile since I’ve been skating. The manager helped fix my son’s skate so he could use his own skates and the lady up front played most of our song requests. Definitely need to check out this roller rink!”
