“I am very dissatisfied upset with ford motor company handling of this situation i have been purchasing 2 Fords every 2 years for over 30 years. The sunroof exploded outwards because they have a pressure problem in the F150. Ford, this is a 2024 denied the claim. even though there was no impact Never been in this situation before, but credit to the dealer Barnes crossing Ford they did their part. I ended up having to pay for the repair because of a manufacture pressure defect vehicle that's under full warranty that's the issue I have , otherwise, more importantly, blessed my son did not get hurt. I would give Ford Zero stars .I'll give the dealer Barnes crossing Ford 5 stars and their service dept Cecily wonderful to work with goes above and beyond Thank you .”

“My mini van started making a popping scraping noise and I found out it was the wheel barring. They sent someone to meet me at the shop on a Saturday holiday weekend when nobody else was open. Now I’m not going to say it was cheap but they were there for me and fixed my problem so I could get home.”

“My Honda pilot broke down mid afternoon today on Highway 78 west of New Albany. I was able to contact a tow service that brought me to this mechanic. These guys confirmed my suspicions that I needed a new alternator and had me back on the road in less than an hour and a half. Five star service at a fair price! Can’t recommend them enough!”
