“Troy and Tracy got us back up and running in no time!
Troy took the time to make sure everything was done correctly so we could safely get back on the road. What we thought was a simple belt issue turned out to be more complicated but Troy didn’t cut corners. He replaced the belt, diagnosed additional problems, and stayed with it until everything was fully fixed.
We had a long trip ahead of us, and we’re so grateful we broke down where we did. They went above and beyond making multiple trips to the parts store, meeting us at the gas station where we broke down, and doing whatever it took to help us.
They were the only ones who answered their phone at 3:00 a.m., and Troy didn’t hesitate to help. Truly great people who genuinely know what they’re doing. Exceptional service and kindness we can’t recommend them enough!”
