“Justin was wonderful! We needed a rollaway bed and he immediately got one for us and delivered it to the room along with a bunch of clean sheets and towels for the extra person. He was friendly during check in and each time we passed the desk. He was working his tail off. If he is not a manger yet, he should be. This is coming from a former general manager at a best western plus. He’s got that hospitality gene for sure.”
