“Whoever the woman is with long straightened black hair that works at the Pearl River Post Office is SO sweet. She has great customer service, talks to you like you're a person, she's helpful without making it seem like you're a bother to her, and just gives off a caring vibe. A young lady that was disabled asked for a hug and she made sure to walk around to the other door just to make sure she gave her that hug! Just such a sweet moment to witness. ?”

“Been going here for almost 4 years. Today I was there right at open for a money order and to pick up a package. It was the clerks first day at this branch and I just wanted to say Miss Jenna is absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond, while being stressed out trying to learn this branches ins and outs, to make sure I was well taken care of and had everything I needed. USPS Miss Jenna needs a raise!!! She is the best!”
