“I don’t often leave reviews but the service that I have received and the smooth lease signing process offered by Ruthanne merit a review! To begin, Ruthanne answered each and every of my incoming questions! Through text, emails and calls even adjusting to my work schedule to get answers back to me. Explained throughout the whole process in a way that was easy super easy to grasp and allowed us to view the property in a way that was guided but not pushing us whatsoever or made us feel pressured. Even got a chance to view her people skills and situation management skills as during our initial tour we encountered a somewhat belligerent woman that wasn’t even a member of the community!! Ruthanne handled it perfectly and apologized so many times for something that wasn’t even her fault! On top of that as we neared the end of the signing process she still reached out and made sure we were ready which I absolutely loved. When we finally toured our unit I was surprised, everything was relatively new in regards to the appliances! We’re talking about appliances that don’t look more than 5 years old in excellent condition and clean, which in this homing situation is a lot to ask for. Next is the community itself, very well kept grounds, two giant pools that are calling our names and seemingly nice neighbors. I say that because everyone mostly keeps to themselves! Hardly any noise and even less so as you close the door to your home. Can’t say anything necessarily bad about the property at this date and tine however will update as my lease progresses if needed be. Once again I want to that Ruthanne for her excellent service and wish her the absolute best in her endeavors and new adventures these coming months and rest of year! P.s and for clarification, I give 4 starts as theres always room for improvement and I’ve not actually lived in the home yet however thus far the experience has been nothing’s short of amazing.”
