“I love love love the Reserves at Gulf Hills!! Best place to stay on the coast. Eriana, Tana, Madison, are the coolest staff and very supportive and they make sure everything goes smoothly. If anybody is looking for a place to stay please move here, they have events for the residents, great pools, tanning beds, game rooms, etc. it’s like a mini resort.

I’ve made great friends here as all the neighbors are friendly and always down to hangout. If you’re looking for a place don’t hesitate!”

“Great place to live, but, the front entrance needs fixed badly. The concrete is busted up so bad that it jars you when coming in to the apartments. Also, the gates are broken again.”

“We have had a fantastic experience living in Arbor View. When we moved in, the apartment was incredibly clean and they even gave us a nice welcome basket. There are two pools, a gym, a playground, and beautiful landscaping. We never hear our neighbors and it feels very private. The best part though is that management is fantastic! We’ve had two maintenance requests that were both resolved very quickly, there are always community events going on, and management is incredibly responsive. This is a great place to live.”

“Bethany is very prompt in getting maintenance to my apartment if I have a problem. She is very conscientious when it comes to the property or resident concerns. Jamie came in today to remove the borrowed air conditioner from when my units were not working. He is always very friendly, prompt and very helpful when he is called for a maintenance issue.”

“Under new management, Providence Pointe is THRIVING! We feel well cared for, safe, and heard when we have concerns. The office staff and maintenance team are friendly and always available to answer questions or just stop and say hi.”

“Was there a year and loved every minute. Pet friendly is an understatement! They love having your fur babies visit them at the office. Almost every apartment in my building had at least one pet. Both Nancy and Alexa were great and I can’t thank them enough for providing a great place to call home. My cats absolutely loved the screened porch, they could safely be outside for hours and they seemed to really like the kind neighbors walking by and talking to them. A++”

“I have been staying at Biloxi Oaks Apartments for several weeks now, and I must say I am thoroughly enjoying my stay here. My minor plumbing problem was sorted out by the maintenance crew within a day. Additionally, the office staff here is extremely friendly. It is nice to know that pest control services and water are provided within the rent amount.”

“I lived at Southwind for 2 years. Quite honestly I really enjoyed it. Management was fine and I never had any serious issues that wasn't dealt with in a somewhat timely manner. Recently a new company purchased the complex and brought in a new management team. This team was on point. The ladies in the office Mrs Teresa and Mrs Linda were absolutely stellar. The positive energy radiates from them. They were very helpful in assisting me in my exit from the property and into my new home. Thank you so very much.”

“I’ve been in my very first apartment for it would have been 4 years Oct. I feel on hard times with my health and I haven’t been able to work. So I get assistance while I wait for benefits to start. I’m confused because it was the greatest feeling to be able to afford a nice environment for living in these hard times not just for myself. Well, that’s how our relationship started. With all the lost of money orders, 3day notices because government assistance has set days and if it falls on holidays it can be delays(which Mrs Tracy stated I wouldn’t have to worry about that ever) and due to me getting assistance I’m charged $100 more for rent, my late fees for a 35.00 water bill is 96$. It’s constantly harassment. But I’m always Okgrateful so I don’t complain and God provides a way. Recently this year my health took about leap. I received another diagnosis, and I was involved in a stalking situation where my apartment was vandalized. Which I reported to police, obtain a restraining order and order of protection and I had to pay for damages. Tracy told me my neighbors signed a letter stating the individual was living with me, and she gave him correspondence to my apartment which I had no knowledge of. Since then the harassment has heightened. I’m still surviving. Also recently we had the water meters replaced in each unit. Well some how when they replaced mines, a valve broke. On my portal I’m being charged for those damages. But the new Manager (make) told me just continue to pay my portion. It will come off. Now my washer hasn’t been working for over a month now, and honestly I’m ok because I’m able to go to laundry place to wash. I was told they were backed up. My upstairs neighbors have been going through some things and the noise and stumping has damaged small appliances, pictures on the walls, and even two flat screens televisions. Still being grateful. I maintain. I’m posting this because another situation with Mrs Tracy Newton has surfaced. I’ve left several messages, emails and have been to the office. So I’m on the website and I see corporate is responding to these reviews, so I thought I’ll put my concerns on here as well. Remind you this is my attempt to fight for my apartment because I honestly love it here despite everything. So this is my leap of faith please.”
