“I don’t understand the negative reviews. I called Mr Gary this morning asking if he had a shift actuator for my washing machine. He said it did. It was OEM, in stock, and cheaper than the other store I called.I was at work and unable to be there at business hours. He called me and said he had some stuff to do at the shop later in the evening and said he was on his way down. I drove down. Part is EXACTLY what I need. I will recommend him to my friends and family. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took time out of his already busy and stressful day to ensure I could wash clothes for my family this weekend!”

This wonderful lady has gone way more then just above and beyond to help me in ways that is absolutely unheard of from a business! Among other things, when I had a horrible family emergency a couple of years ago, she managed to keep me in my contract and with my items as I slowly got back on my feet. I will never be able to say enough wonderful things about her. She is an absolute asset to this company and y'all are lucky to have her. “i give my local home depot a 6 star review if i could, my main gripe is with calling customer service about online orders. dealing with out of the country people that don't speak the english well enough to understand. and hang up on you over and over again. then lie about my order. yes i have the proof. so i requested to talk to a person in the US. i was told elsewhere that you can do that with most tele service places. need to do that more. then i finally got good service. took a few minutes to prove my problem, but then everything fell into place. saved me $100 over the original lier. so US customer service is really good, but foreign service that they use is a thief.”

“It's a good place for those who don't have the money to buy the stuff up front but do you end up paying more for it in the long run. We bought a TV that was originally like $350 and we ended up paying like $1,000 for it over time. So it's good in some ways and bad in some ways. If you're low on money but can make down payments every month then this is the place for you but if you already have the money saved up and can buy it out right then don't go here”
