“Fantastic experience from the moment I walked in. Eddie, the store manager, met me at the door and immediately made sure I got the help I needed.

Trent then helped me in the hardware/screw aisle, and his customer service was outstanding. I was spending all of about $8, but he treated me with the same attention and effort you'd expect if I were spending $10,000. He took the time to help me figure out exactly what I needed and never made me feel rushed.

What really stood out was when another customer came over needing assistance. Rather than splitting his attention and leaving either of us waiting, Trent immediately radioed another employee to come help them while he continued helping me. That's a small thing, but it says a lot about how seriously he takes taking care of customers.

The cashiers were also extremely friendly and welcoming. From Eddie at the door, to Trent's exceptional help, to the cashiers on the way out, this was genuinely some of the best customer service I've had in a long time. This is exactly why I'll choose a good local Ace over a big-box store when I can.”

“What a treasure! Everyone here is SO polite, helpful and kind! We recently relocated from out of state and are doing some upgrades to our 1965 home. Everyone at Ocean Springs Lumber has been so helpful. Some days I have made 3 or 4 trips to the store and had encounters with 8 or 10 employees. Returns for have been very easy. They have taken my lengthy lists and walked me thru the store helping and guiding me personally. They made sure I had the right number and correct light bulbs for the lights I purchased, which was so beneficial when you are on information and decision overload. They remember my pick up truck and load it to ensure I can safely drive back home and even open the drivers door for me. Great service from every single person. My supplies and purchases have been of high quality and the prices are very competitve to big box stores. The service, convenience, and especially the welcoming attitude is so refreshing.
