“I am from out of town and while visiting someone sideswiped me. All damage looked superficial to me but I wanted to confirm by someone more experienced than myself. I called a number of places but none could get me in for at least a week. I called Fast Eddie's and they told me to bring it in right away and someone would look at it. They saw me within 5 min and within 15 min I was on my way! NO CHARGE! They offered to look at my fluids (no charge) and anything else I wanted done. Everyone there was professional, joyful and really helpful. I highly recommend this shop!”

“I was driving from New Orleans to Boston and 90 minutes in to the drive my car stopped running. It was early on a Sunday and I was towed to Goodyear as it was the only shop open. The staff there made a VERY stressful situation much better for me!! They diagnosed the problem but, since it ultimately couldn't be fixed there, they waived the diagnostic fee. In addition, they offered me food (I was there for hours), offered me rides as needed, and just generally went above and beyond trying to help me in the situation. Thien Nguyen was especially comforting and patient! I would recommend the staff to anyone, especially if you're in a pinch.”

“A&A Automotive is a very professional automotive shop. They have a clean, organized reception area and very clean (from what I could see) shop area. In addition to investigating the issue that you brought your vehicle to them for, they provide a comprehensive assessment of your vehicle - which you pay for - that is provided via email as a succint report along with an estimate for the work in which you can pick and choose what you want done. In my dealings with A&A, I felt they were honest and fair. I like that they are appointment driven due to their high demand and get the work done promptly.”
