“The owner of this place is amazing! I brought my car to him after it was running hot and I thought the battery went out. I barely made it to his shop and within a day he had it fixed and running perfectly! I’m from New Orleans and will be traveling back to him specifically to get my brakes fixed because he is so trustworthy and does not overcharge like other places I have been. “Recently, on two separate occasions, I received exceptional service at the Grease Monkey located on Highway 90 in Gautier. The first visit was for an oil change in my daughter’s vehicle after she returned home from college for the summer. The mostly female crew that day checked her oil and informed us that it was super clean. They checked all of her fluids and topped off her tires and advised that she could easily wait for an oil change in another couple months before heading back to college at the end of the summer. I really appreciated their honesty, and they didn’t charge us anything for all the checks they did that day. Today I went in for a full service oil change on my own vehicle, and Shawn was the technician who reviewed services with me. He was extremely courteous and thorough and did not pressure me for add-on services. He highlighted the fact that I could stop in at any location in between services if I ever needed a fluid top off or tire pressure check. I wanted to write a review because the employees at this location seem to be very hardworking and genuinely care about providing a high level of customer service. I will definitely be returning for my next oil change.”
