“Maynard was my cashier last week when I visited our newest Dollartree location. Store#10094. This was on December 8 at 4:38 PM. I felt so sorry for him. He was doing his best. He kept a smile on his face and kept calling for management because he needed change and there was a line of people. We were all watching as they were three or four associates just standing up by the registers talking, not offering to open a register or help Maynard. He called three times! I worked in retail for 20 + years and that’s not how you handle a business. I told him he was doing a great job before I left and commended him for keeping his patience and a smile on his face. Maynard should be in management. He seemed like he would’ve done a better job. Management here needs training.”
“Mandy was my cashier today and she is always so very polite and helpful! She is a hard worker and every time I come in the store, I see her straightening or helping someone on the floor. She has really improved that store and it looks so much better since she has become supervisor. This is my favorite Dollar General and I will continue shopping here as long as you have employees like Mandy working Store number 9881 on Washington Avenue in Ocean Springs.”

“Laurine is a splendid employee... When I arrived, she welcomed me to the store. And if I had any questions to please feel free to find her and ask her, she will be more than gladly to help me. So I went on. I said thank you. I'm good so...... when I come to check out, she asked me if I found everything okay. I said yes, I did, ma'am. Thank you, and then I preceded to put my Items up on the counter to pay for them and my milk would be out of date by 2 days. So she gave me a gallon of milk for free, and I bought the other one of course wasn't going to get everything for free. But the gesture of kindness I felt very strong from Laurine she did a very Awesome job at making me feel at home. Thank you very much 4 having such a good worker. She only said she just wanted to do the right thing, and she did instead of throwing it away she gave it to somebody who might need it, I love milk. Thank you very much, made my day. Definitely, gonna help my nails grow and my hair. I will definitely be back to visit Lorraine. Thank you, lizzie”
