Big B's Shell is a convenient neighborhood gas station on Washington Avenue with regularly lower gas prices. It is an older station, somewhat battered, and the inside lighting is dim. However, it offers a nice selection of items, beverages, and amazing hot food, including a yummy local hot bar. The staff are consistently polite, friendly, amazing, and quirky. The business is also noted for its kind atmosphere within the community. While prices on some items can be high, it is considered a solid, worth-it stop for gas, a quick beverage, or a meal.
The Hot fresh Breakfast is served up with a smile, and occasionally a joke. Always worth it on that alone, yet the price is always affordable. I've yet to have a bad meal, either breakfast or lunch.

Really good breakfast! Staff was very friendly and the food was fresh. I don’t care for biscuits but that was a good biscuit!! & the prices are actually crazy! Great place to stop 😊

Late night visit to the store while traveling in the area. Had a good shopping experience there and the customer service was great. Cashier was very friendly and talkative. I will stop at that location again when I am in the area.
