“Please make sure the new associates at night know how to take mobile & paper tobacco coupons. It's too late for them to call their manager to ask how. Also, for the ones who know how, I feel for them because yall got the weirdest way of taking those coupons. Making them write all those #s down while they have a mile long line? Come on now. I don't know any other store that does all that extra crap.”

“Winbos has a new person running the store now and seems to be very nice helpful talks to the customers always asking if there’s certain things that you need or you would like to buy that he doesn’t have in store so he can order it for you.He always has fresh pizza first thing in the morning, lunch and in the afternoon . It’s nice neat clean he’s reorganized. The store looks a lot more attractive the way he has laid things out. I would recommend anyone that’s coming to the beach to stop by Wimbos and pick up your favorite snacks and drinks. He’s got a great selection and good prices on items.”

“came there with my wife the other morning on a RUSH to work and everyone there were AWESOME!!! and NICE!??? all the food was HOT. definitely filled me up before my shift started and i had my wife sign up for the rewards app. their manager beth was great. definitely helped us out a whole bunch!”

“5 stars on the Keith’s gas station employees! They are awesome and helpful. The gas station part is always clean and stocked with everything you need! But the McDonald’s half I would give a ZERO star to. I mean when are these owners gonna realize they have the worst McDonald’s on the coast. They mess up orders and are rude and act like it’s your fault. If I was you I will level it and start over including the employees. You guys should have the Keith’s managers help you interview and hire for you because it’s been an ongoing problem for that McDonald’s for years. Rude, mouthy, careless employees are what that McDonald’s consists of and this has been for years. I live right by there and will drive into Ocean springs to the “nice” clean McDonald’s with the equally customer friendly employees. I understand that’s those nice McDonald’s establishments aren’t owned by the same people so maybe that’s where the problem starts and trickles down. You should be ashamed of your store and the rude humans you employee. It’s a shame they are in the same building as Keith’s ( chevron) because it’s like day and night. Awesome gas station with employees that go above and beyond versus some foul mouthed rude kids that McDonald’s doesn’t even care to address their issues. I will be writing corporate. Even though you are franchised there are standards you should abide by and this McDonald’s has no cooth or shame. Nasty little place . Do not eat here!”

“This was an awful experience in I parked so that I can find my way through this part of Biloxi and so that I could get gas get food or snacks and so that I could get my kids situated as well but attendant from inside the store came and knocked on my window I had let him know that I had traveled a long way and that I did stay there for a minute but it was because I was trying to get everything situated as to directions and add to getting my kids comfortable and filling up my vehicle as well as what's next to get I do have two automatic two children that were traveling with me and when he knocked on my window he said that the lady next to me in the car had reported that she thought that I was in there asleep and that he felt like my head was bobbing and weaving and asked me if he needed to call the police on me for stopping to get gas I said and he said yeah because your head is bobbing and weaving I'm like first of all my head's not bothering and weaving and I do have to autistic children in my car I'm not doing anything illegal and I did just fill up on gas and get snacks from this location so whatever that lady had on her mind she was really being rude and he was carrying through with the rudeness so they attendance here are very awful they have bad attitudes they have that assumptions and we all know what assumptions make up people but I would not recommend this location also there were a bunch of straight people standing around outside and there was a bunch of other cars that were there who will not get in gas and who were not filling up they were just there talking and amusing people and an ambulance was sitting over there on the other side of the parking lot but nobody said anything to anybody but me the person who was actually doing what you do at a gas station getting gas directions and letting her kids stretch after a long trip so I don't understand but I would never recommend anyone to go to the store ever again it was a attendant who was behind the counter with a long ponytail and he looked to be of like a In Asian Pacific islander mix or like he might have had some Viking in his blood I don't know but he does look like a rather mighty size Guy”
