“My experiences with this USPS office have always been pleasant and productive. Those folks who left such negative reviews are likely the cause of their negative experiences. This has been my post office for 3 years. Not once has anyone been rude nor disrespectful. My advice to the reviewers is: most times you get out what you put in.”
“The clerks at this location are always friendly and professional even when they are very busy. I ship with USPS 4 or 5 days a week, and I have been to many locations over the years. This crew is one of the best and if I lived closer I would utilize them more often.”
“Wonderful post office. I have been twice to send a box of cookies to my mom in another state and they have always arrived safely to her. I didn’t get his name, but the brown haired man with a European accent who helped me out both times was super helpful and made sure I found the right package size so that the box I had the cookies in wouldn’t move around much while shipping. I really appreciate the help from him. I highly recommend this location!”
“I called about a package that was delivered to the wrong address per my sellers information. I spoke with Micky. She not only got ahold of my carrier but made sure the address was fixed and my package was delivered the next day. Friendly, efficient and she cared. Thank you for the great customer service, I certainly appreciate you and the Vancleave office. My carrier is fantastic too! I don't know her name but she's accurate and timely, and obviously cares.”
