What does this town need to do in order to get a better staff. Seems like everything comes in on time, and gets delayed by our postal service!!

Had to go to the post office to check on a package since apparently they couldn't find the house that was right in front of them. Went to buy a bubble mailer with a price tag of 1.29 only for them to charge 2.99 for it and tell me the price must be wrong but they can't change it cause it's set by the government.
