“We normally shop here when we are in Ocean Springs. Yesterday we went in every little boutique downtown and this one had the cutest clothes and best staff! Most places we walked into didn’t even greet us. When we walked into Charisma the young lady greeted us and told us about the sales. When we were shopping she asked us what we were shopping for and then helped us find things! If you haven’t been go give them a try!”

“The worker was very sweet to me and they had some cute clothing, but they’re extra large sizes ran really really tight which was a huge bummer and there wasn’t really a lot of extra large clothing items in that store. Maybe when I lose 30 pounds I’ll be back.”

“Stopped in today to look for a dress to wear for my upcoming 2nd wedding. Devoe (I'm sure I spelled her name wrong) was AMAZING!!!! We probably tried on 20 dresses and through talking to us and listening to what we were looking for, she managed to pick out the perfect dress that I had probably walked by 12 times. could not be happier with my experience. It was relaxed, no pressure, and not rushed. We had fun, she was honest about if something looked right, etc. I'm over the moon happy.”

The Ocean Springs, MS Cato has an amazing staff, merchandise/clothes/shoes are always organized and the stylessss are on point! “I went in last Friday to get some outfits for a trip to Barbados. The ladies here were SO nice and even though I’m not fashionable in the least sense, they helped me find so many cute outfits for my trip! I’m a 30 something mom who doesn’t know how to style clothes and walked in not really knowing what I wanted or needed. I’ll definitely be back!”
