“Buckle has the best service around. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Service like that is very hard to find these days, especially in the retail industry. Went into some of the big department stores in the mall and I couldn't even find an open register, much less someone to help me.”

She also has extreme product knowledge of what she is selling & will not sell a customer the wrong product. JCP has a gem in this employee. “I've never had a bad experience in this store. They're very nice folks, have a large variety of wigs and other hair related products, as well as lotsa of other cool stuff, and they'll wheel & deal with you. Not every price is written in stone. I'm used to shopping in Asia where they think you're not too smart if you don't try to bargain at least a little. All in all I think they're prices are very competitive, and I've gotten some really good deals on what I consider quality items.”

“Such a cute boutique with a great selection of clothes, shoes and jewelry. Spent days shopping while in town vacationing and this was my favorite by far. Great customer service, prices and quality. “Traveled from Alabama to shop for my daughter's prom dress. The staff were very patient and helpful. They pinned the dress to show what it would look like altered, carried the dress bottom so it would not drag, and offered to order the size and color needed. It was a great shoppimg experience. They were amazing I highly recommend.”

“I love Rainbow. I wish there was one in my area. You get clothes that are trendy but don't break the wallet. Some Rainbows have kids clothes also. My granddaughter found a great place to buy school clothes that make her dollars stretch. Styles are varied but there is always something to like”

“They are Absolutely beautiful people!!! They go above and beyond to help their customers!!! They all make sure that the client is comfortable and help them in all ways to find the Perfect dress without trying to force their own opinion on the girls. The Prices are Wonderful!! They definitely offer a little bit of everything and at different budgets to. We drive a lil over 2hrs just to look for a replacement dress. YES, She found her dress!!! They try to help us via phone to replace the original dress even though it wasn’t their store that messed up. They definitely didn’t have to at all but they definitely try to. You could feel the love through the phone and that was what pushed us to give them a try. We are beyond grateful and blessed that they helped us!!! If you need a store for any dress or tux/suit needs please go and visit them!!!

“Unfortunately the Salon industry has went down a good bit and lost its appeal to most. There's no longer a receptionist to greet you, answer the phones, help book appointments, it's all left up to the hair dressers. They have to stop attending to the customers sitting in their chairs right in front of them to greet someone or to answer the phone. The ladies who were working were polite. The lady elanie who cut my hair did a good job, I was happy with the cut. - can't believe how expensive a plain Jane simple cut it now days... ($35 + tip)”
“I love the Biloxi and ocean springs location!! Isabel is fantastic! She helped me pic out outfits for my senior year pics, while she was helping another lady for a disco outfit! “Love the sales. I went in there just to look and came out with a huge bag. I came back though and stupidly thought I could return body suits. Even if you don't try them on you can't exchange or refund them! And in general, there are No refunds, only exchanges though. Love the staff though. Very helpful and kind.”
