“Recently (10/10/24) we had we had a problem with the IRS (put those two words together & what do you get?) rejecting your efile of our 23 tax return because of a PIN they said they had issued my wife, Bunny (Carolyn E), which we have never seen nor heard of! You called me immediately, gave me a heads up, prepared a paper return and I came right back to sign and Certified Mail Return Receipt (at your very wise recommendation) mailed the paper return.
