Love the Bonsai, but when I unwrapped it, the pot was broken. Don't really understand how it could have been damaged during the trip. It was packed so perfectly.

I was very impressed with their response to a shipping error that I made with a wrong zip code. They more than answered the bell with a complete replacement of the order. Who does that??!! Their trees are awesome as well. The gift that keeps on giving.

This place is Fabulous! Our garden club did a Field Trip today. They are closed on Saturdays but we were allowed to book on a Saturday. We got a demonstration and a tour.
