“I had such a great experience thanks to Kennedy! She assisted me over the phone with my pickup order, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Kennedy was incredibly efficient, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. She made everything quick and seamless, answered all of my questions with confidence, and ensured my order was handled perfectly.
It’s rare to receive customer service that feels both fast and genuinely caring, but Kennedy absolutely delivered. She truly went above and beyond, and her positive attitude made the whole experience even better. Thank you, Kennedy, for making my pickup order so smooth and stress-free! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“Clean, good store I love Hobby Lobby. My only complaint is the bathrooms looking like absolute trash. They are disgusting and I am appaled at how bad they are. Someone should definitely do something about that.”

“This place is great. I’ve known of the location for a long while, and had a small coin collection. Last week I finally walked into the place and find a nice figurehead for the collection. The price was not only fare, but also a good investment, as I’m already looking at a small return less than a week later.
The guys inside were friendly and helpful. Taught me a couple things about keeping coin collection looking nice. Overall, a good experience and good deals. Will certainly be back.”
“I used the custom framing department, and Pam was absolutely amazing! She helped me through every step of the framing process, answered all of my questions, and was always so patient with me, even when it took me forever to make a decision. My frame turned out beautiful, and I absolutely love it!
Catherine was also wonderful and made sure to confirm all the details of my order so that everything turned out exactly right. I’m so thankful for both Pam and Catherine and will definitely be coming back because of the amazing service they provided! Thank you!”
“Absolutely fantastic staff. Had to drive over 2.5 hours to get there for warhammer day. They ensured that I at least got to play a game before I left. Friendly, attentive, and passionate about their hobby and career, it exceeded my expectation and more.”

“For the most part a very well organized and stocked store. I however feel like im being hovered over by the gentlemen (GM?) thats pacing the store every time I’m in there.”
