For example, a delivery person went above and beyond by carrying heavy garden items into a yard and helping a gardener with a load, showing great kindness. Although some customers find the store occasionally under staffed, employees like Tracy provide helpful advice and excellent service. There are occasional issues such as items not being in their correct locations, which can cause some frustration. Overall, Lowe’s is considered the best big box store in the area, with consistently good staff and a good shopping experience.

Storm coming in 01-23-26. Lowe's associates where ready for the onslaught and handled it well, with great attitudes! Kudos for store management! They had pallets of generators, gas cans, propane etc. Good job!! Stay safe.
