Associate seemed to not want to help me, went to customer service to have an associate paged in flooring and no one ever showed up so we left the store and went elsewhere.

Darrius was interrupted this evening as he was attempting to stock in the garden section. Is old folks needed dirt!!’ He was so kind he helped us load product and offered to assist getting it in to the truck. Top Notch customer service. We are loading now! I certainly am a happy customer tonight. Thanks Darrius at Lowe’s!

Came here to see about buying a washer but not ONE worker tried assisting me. I took my money to Home Depot and the customer service was great & the warranty was 50.00 cheaper.

We've encountered this location multiple times, sometimes with a good experience (so I gave it a 2 instead of a 1), but mostly otherwise. My husband swore he would never shop here again, except he has since it's convenient. We often drive to a Memphis or Collierville Lowes for improved experience, including major purchases (appliances, power equipment, etc.) where we would have preferred keeping the commerce locally. It's difficult to find someone to help you, and when you do, they often don't know what you're talking about - or offer to ask someone who may. We alternate between Home Depot right down the street when not wanting to trek up to Memphis or Collierville. A young man with tightly curled hair and long pointed/painted fingernails works in Customer Service, who has been indifferent or downright rude more than once - noted to wear print screen t-shirts with provocative imagery and offensive language - management needs to dismiss, retrain and/or coach him (including appropriate attire), as he represents Lowes unfavorably. Patrick's review below is spot-on, sharing concerns for bricks and mortar merchants I'd like to see thrive and be successful. Offering a couple of helpful thoughts to 'Response from Owner' if reading reviews, given the reply to 'Amy's recent one-star review as 'We’re glad to hear you had a great experience with our Olive Branch team…look forward to seeing you again soon!’. Shoppers search and rely on online reviews when deciding where to spend their money - it reflects better on a business when responses align to consumer feedback. And, generally advising to call a 1-800 number is subpar customer service compared to a real manager's name (who can actually address a local issue) and personal extension. I've loved Lowes other places I've lived across the Southeast, yet primarily visit this store as a last resort or out of convenience. Together we can help make this a great location - it's all about staff and leadership.

I bought a Christmas tree, $400+ online. Procurement Girl who was confused about her pronouns was extremely rude. Did not know it until I was there to get it that it was the floor model. I was polite. I did however ask for a free storage bag due to the fact there was nothing to put it in and I still was paying full price. SHE got upset. Another lady took me to the bags and other GIRL grabbed one and said SHE would have to get permission. Ok that's fine. The manager comes over without knowledge of what's going on and says sure. Just pick one out. In the meantime Pronoun chick ends up handing me the bag and expects me to tear the tree down and package it. When I asked if that was the case SHE ran her mouth about me then told me to calm down? I was calm to this point. I did tell HER what not to tell me, and to place the tree in the bag. I ended up doing it due to the incompetence of the employee. All the other staff in there was extremely nice. See what a bad apple can do.

Right along with most other brick and mortar stores this one is run by low energy uninformed workers. They do not organize or clean anything up. I see managers of course doing good work and helping where they can. The average employee now is just so depressing to interact with that I’d rather just deal with a machine and a screen. The working class will soon be non existent and will be completely replaced if things don’t change. You gotta have a job people, at least do a good one while you’re there.
