“All deliveries have been great, but…I’d give a better rating but our business set up an account to pay monthly. It worked for a while but quickly turned into such a fiasco it wasn’t worth it, and no one seemed willing to assist. The employee that originally set the account up was awesome but when she left all thw customer service died.”
“The staff you employ at the Houston Levy location are incredibly knowledgeable and competent! They go above and beyond to help me every time I need assistance! Today Lawson and Jazz helped me with my Amazon returns and were so patient. The store was quite crowded, they were able to help other customers while helping me. I was very impressed! Their attitudes and spirits were so sweet! It made me want to work there with them! You have an awesome crew, including Jazz that was in the background and didn’t wait on me today. I informed the owner and she went above and beyond to make sure I got it in the right size, remade it in a large and allowed me to keep the medium. We have used them since we moved to Memphis in 1976 when we were on staff with Campus Crusade for Christ and every month they printed our prayer letter. Just this week Caleb and Katie in Germantown printed 5000 Bible verse cards for me to share with others. Both Caleb and Katie are friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful!
