“All deliveries have been great, but…I’d give a better rating but our business set up an account to pay monthly. It worked for a while but quickly turned into such a fiasco it wasn’t worth it, and no one seemed willing to assist. The employee that originally set the account up was awesome but when she left all thw customer service died.”
“Great experience at this UPS Store location. No wait time at all, I was immediately greeted and helped upon entering. The UPS team provided exceptional customer service. Highly recommend!”
“Terri was amazing! I had a misspelled word on a printing job for my child’s project, and she fixed it right away without any hesitation. She was incredibly kind and friendly throughout the whole process. I really appreciated her help!”
“Gary and his team were exceptional in getting everything I needed. The quality of their work and the excellent customer service is second to none. They have won my business and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great local business.”
“Markeisha was very helpful. My name & shipping addresses had been deleted from the UPS systems, and she quickly re-entered all that information while preparing my shipments.”
“I really want to shop local when possible and Laura helped me do just that. My transaction was easy and they are even delivering, at no additional cost. Very informative, she also helped me from making a big mistake in my project by choosing the right extension file to use for best quality. I will definitely use Paulson again! I am so glad I made this contact.”
“Came in with my partner to get a t-shirt done in a large size, it came out just how we wanted it! Come to find out that when I got home it was made in a Medium instead of a Large. I informed the owner and she went above and beyond to make sure I got it in the right size, remade it in a large and allowed me to keep the medium. Great display of customer service, it was greatly appreciated.”
“Really enjoyed working Lynne and the team on a large print project...fast turnaround, open communication and competitive pricing. Looking forward to working with them again.”
“I’ve always been impressed with our local UPS Store in Collierville, but they recently exceeded my expectations. The staff is consistently friendly, professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful. They recently assisted me with printing personalized business cards and letterhead, and the entire experience was outstanding.
Not only were their prices very competitive, but their customer service, attention to detail, and incredibly fast turnaround time were second to none. I used to assume I could get better deals ordering online, but I’ve learned that you simply can’t beat the combination of price, quality, and personalized service that The UPS Store provides.
It’s refreshing to do business with people who truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. I highly recommend the Collierville UPS Store for all your shipping AND printing!”
“Jaryn provided me excellent service. She was knowledgeable and very patient with me. Even though I work for a competitor, I will definitely return as long as Jaryn's customer attentiveness and resourcefulness is contagious among all of your staff at this location.”
“I often come here to print out my documents. The staff members are always nice and helpful and very kid friendly. Sometimes Office Depot offers good deals for quality items.”
“All the employees were nice, but Dawn went above and beyond in assisting us in modifying a picture electronically to make it print the correct size for our needs. She was so kind, patient and helpful. Just wanted to publicly thank her! Great customer service!”
“They did an excellent job with my father's obituary. Jeremy and Crystal were very professional an courteous. They exceeded my expectations. Everyone is still bragging on how nice the obituary was. I highly recommend this business.”
“Joy went above and beyond any other experience I’ve had a Kinkos and i have had great experiences! She knew her stuff, she was patient, she was quick and she was so so so kind! I was in a personally in a stressed bad mood when i walked in and left feeling more.. JOYFUL! :) everyone else that worked there was so helpful and kind too. I think I’ll use this location even when I’m not in memphis.”

“Khalilah was very helpful and service oriented today when she helped me with my package issue. I appreciate her kindness and willingness to assist me in a finding a
solution!”
“My wife and I are so impressed with Clarke's Quick Print. We have used them since we moved to Memphis in 1976 when we were on staff with Campus Crusade for Christ and every month they printed our prayer letter. Just this week Caleb and Katie in Germantown printed 5000 Bible verse cards for me to share with others. Both Caleb and Katie are friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful! It could not have been a more pleasant experience and the cards look great! We love to do business with companies that have such excellent customer service and quality products! Sincerely, Doug and Jo Lancaster”

“Kisha was AMAZING!! I'm from out of town and my wife was attending a ceremony at the FedEx World Headquarters and needed something printed in a crunch. Kisha, let her smile show through her mask as she assisted me while maintaining social distancing. Her quick and friendly service made all the difference. She should be on a FedEx customer service committee or something. Haha anyway thank you Kisha for all of your help! Your spirit is contagious and I'm glad to have met you. I hope your career with FedEx blossoms!”

“I absolutely loved the cutout of my husband for memorial service. It looked exactly like him. I would purchase and recommend them again and to everyone. Wish it would let me show you the cutout on this review”
