She helped me choose the appropriate Betsy Ross America 250 Flag for our organization, along with a lightweight pole for a base we already had. She also gave me sound advice about what to put inside the base and sent me the adapters I needed for the poles so they would fit inside the base snugly. The flag arrived in a timely manner, which is especially amazing given all this was done over the Christmas holidays. They have always been efficient and friendly - hard to find in many businesses in Memphis. In particular, I recently had two packages from the same vendor, same ship date, etc... that the UPS app showed as delivered to this store. When I arrived, only one was there. The manager took my name and number and called when it finally turned up. In today's world, that is above and beyond. THANKS!”
