“10/10 would recommend. I went into this place today and request a 3x6 danger/construction sign and they told me it would be a couple of days but could expedite for a fee. This was urgent for me so I agreed. They said we could have it by tomorrow. I expressed my urgency once again and they said they would do what they could. 4 hours later I get a call that the signs are ready. They had moved some things around and had another location help them get it done. Great Job Chip! You saved my day!”

“Matthew is a literal angel and let me tell you why. I needed to get my passport photo taken, so initially I went to The UPS Store thinking ‘how bad could they be?’. Well it turns out they can be very, VERY bad. I only had 10 extra minutes before I needed to leave for work so I stopped at The Mail Center. I knew I was in good hands the moment Matthew pulled out a professional camera instead of the purple 2011 digital camera the UPS store used. Not only did he take an amazing picture and was diligent about making sure the picture followed the guidelines to be accepted, but he even showed it to me for approval instead of just rushing my out of the store. ALL THE WHILE handling the deluge of other customers who had shown up around the same time as me in a timely and friendly manner. All hail Matthew! And also give him a raise!”
