“All deliveries have been great, but…I’d give a better rating but our business set up an account to pay monthly. It worked for a while but quickly turned into such a fiasco it wasn’t worth it, and no one seemed willing to assist. The employee that originally set the account up was awesome but when she left all thw customer service died.”
“I had an issue with an Amazon return and stopped by The UPS Store for help. From the moment I walked in, Mariyah was kind, friendly, and so professional. She immediately greeted me with a smile and handled my return with such ease, even though there were a few complications on my end.
What stood out most was how well she multitasked, assisting me thoroughly while also helping other customers in the store. She made sure no one had to wait long, and everyone felt acknowledged and taken care of.

“Kim and her crew at Craters & Freighters Memphis did a superb job packing and shipping a glass top table from Memphis to California for me. We'd recently lost my mom to Covid, and this table of hers, with two elephants shaking coconuts out of a tree, was a memory I really wanted in my home. It was very important that it arrive intact--insurance compensation if it were broken wouldn't cut it. Kim and her family have been in the shipping business for years. She inspired confidence that they could get it to me safely from the minute we talked. They shipped it to me in a custom-built wooden crate with two compartments and multiple types of protective padding. It arrived perfectly, and at a reasonable price!”

Kisha, let her smile show through her mask as she assisted me while maintaining social distancing. Her quick and friendly service made all the difference. She should be on a FedEx customer service committee or something. Haha anyway thank you Kisha for all of your help! Your spirit is contagious and I'm glad to have met you. “Easy in and out but can be difficult to get in to the gate at night. Can’t get anyone on the phone to get a code for the gate so have to sit there till a estes driver happens to pull up and they will come open the gate”

“I had a package coming to me that was very important for a few reasons. First I work from home and have recently had some health concerns that getting more active would improve. The item was a treadmill so I can work and workout at the same time. The second reason is because I don't usually spend money on myself like this. The package made it to the Kodak TN warehouse and got stalled. First the tracking said it would be here on 10/22/25 a few hours later that changed to 10/23/25. The 800 number was most unhelpful so I called corporate in Memphis TN there I spoke with Brittany who got in touch with the case manager on the assigned case number and assured me that it would deliver on 10/23/25. Check tracking in the morning all's well until again it was sitting at the Kodak warehouse not on a truck. Called corporate again and Miss Brittany put me in touch is Lily P. on the Problem Resolution Team here in the United States I might add. Miss Lily P. got in touch with the Kodak warehouse and spoke with someone who got in touch with dispatch and let the driver know to deliver today. My treadmill arrived within a couple hours of that call. I want to thank both Brittany and Lily P. for their above and beyond customer care. Fed Ex please recognize these two ladies for their diligence and turning around this customer.”
