“I have a UPS MYCHOICE membership and have all of my packages redirected to this store to prevent porch piracy. They have always been efficient and friendly - hard to find in many businesses in Memphis. In particular, I recently had two packages from the same vendor, same ship date, etc... that the UPS app showed as delivered to this store. When I arrived, only one was there. The manager took my name and number and called when it finally turned up. In today's world, that is above and beyond. THANKS!”

“The young man that waited on came outside to my truck and picked up the air conditioner my daughter was attempting to pull out. I was amazed that he was giving us that kind of service. It took us less than 5 minutes to get in and out with task complete. The two young men they have deserve praise and a raise. I got there about 5:30 pm.”

“Mark and his crew did an incredible job of crating and shipping 4 pieces of very large and heavy art to my daughters in Colorado. Everything arrived intact…no broken glass, no nicks or damage, and just like it looked when it left Memphis. His crate was a work of art in and of itself. Directions for unpacking were specific and clear. A great experience all around. Kudos to Mark. Feel confident in using his service in the future.”

“Kim and her crew at Craters & Freighters Memphis did a superb job packing and shipping a glass top table from Memphis to California for me. We'd recently lost my mom to Covid, and this table of hers, with two elephants shaking coconuts out of a tree, was a memory I really wanted in my home. It was very important that it arrive intact--insurance compensation if it were broken wouldn't cut it. Kim and her family have been in the shipping business for years. She inspired confidence that they could get it to me safely from the minute we talked. They shipped it to me in a custom-built wooden crate with two compartments and multiple types of protective padding. It arrived perfectly, and at a reasonable price!”

“I been spending a lot of $ here since Office Max was first opened on Union Ave. I appreciate the Poplar and Horn Lake storefronts because for my Printing Computer needs I rather be able to purchase locally as opposed to Amazon . Also was able to save $56 yesterday from the great Sale going on I will always support instead of ordering online as long as stays opened.”

“Kisha was AMAZING!! I'm from out of town and my wife was attending a ceremony at the FedEx World Headquarters and needed something printed in a crunch. Kisha, let her smile show through her mask as she assisted me while maintaining social distancing. Her quick and friendly service made all the difference. She should be on a FedEx customer service committee or something. Haha anyway thank you Kisha for all of your help! Your spirit is contagious and I'm glad to have met you. I hope your career with FedEx blossoms!”

“I had, and always do have an incredible experience at FedEx Kinko's, and it's all thanks to Kevin's outstanding customer service! From the moment I walked in, Kevin always greets me with a warm smile and an eagerness to help. He goes above and beyond to ensure that my printing project is handled with care, precision, and efficiency. Kevin is not only highly knowledgeable about the services and options available but also exceptionally patient. He takes the time to listen to my needs, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure everything is exactly the way I wanted. His attention to detail and dedication to delivering top-notch service truly stood out. It's extremely rare to encounter someone who is so genuinely committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.
