“I have a UPS MYCHOICE membership and have all of my packages redirected to this store to prevent porch piracy. They have always been efficient and friendly - hard to find in many businesses in Memphis. In particular, I recently had two packages from the same vendor, same ship date, etc... that the UPS app showed as delivered to this store. When I arrived, only one was there. The manager took my name and number and called when it finally turned up. In today's world, that is above and beyond. THANKS!”

“The young man that waited on came outside to my truck and picked up the air conditioner my daughter was attempting to pull out. I was amazed that he was giving us that kind of service. It took us less than 5 minutes to get in and out with task complete. The two young men they have deserve praise and a raise. I got there about 5:30 pm.”

“I ordered an HP Black 67 cartridge online. However I received an HP 62 Tricolor cartridge. I went to the store to exchange the cartridge. The two ladies who helped me were very nice and professional. Walked out with the correct cartridge in about 5 minutes. Very pleased.”

“Kim and her crew at Craters & Freighters Memphis did a superb job packing and shipping a glass top table from Memphis to California for me. We'd recently lost my mom to Covid, and this table of hers, with two elephants shaking coconuts out of a tree, was a memory I really wanted in my home. It was very important that it arrive intact--insurance compensation if it were broken wouldn't cut it. Kim and her family have been in the shipping business for years. She inspired confidence that they could get it to me safely from the minute we talked. They shipped it to me in a custom-built wooden crate with two compartments and multiple types of protective padding. It arrived perfectly, and at a reasonable price!”

“As soon as I arrived, I parked behind a truck that was parked right in front of the office and this Young woman came outside very rude telling me that I couldn't parke there, (mind you I'm light skinned) and young woman black, her name is Erica. As soon as I'm about to park my truck elsewhere, I see this lady truck driver coming out of the office with her paperwork in hand and getting inside the truck that I had parked behind earlier, ( truck driver black as well). So when I finished fixing myself and my truck the "correct way" , I go in the office, and Shanika was very sweet, she took my information, handed me my paperwork and guided me to the correct dock to load. Once I got to the dock, the ladies and loaders were very nice and fast. When they were done, this man took my shocking wheel off the truck and I pulled of the dock, and again This Erica comes to me again very rude telling me that they weren't done, when I see the young man coming tours me with paperwork. If she has a problem she shouldn't work there. Everyone else was very professional and nice. Erica, I'm sorry but you need some anger management help. Have a wonderful day!”
“I was greeted as I entered the store. I hash done important documents that I needed to have printed. The employee (Abudoul) that hekped me was very professional and courteous. His assistance was very much appreciated and I was pleased with my visit. The store wasn't crowded, but there were a steady flow of customers. The service was excellent after the printer issue was taking cared of. The store was clean, it had many vacancies in regards to the pc availability. It was nice to not feel rushed and I completed my printing with ease.”
