“Kim and her crew at Craters & Freighters Memphis did a superb job packing and shipping a glass top table from Memphis to California for me. We'd recently lost my mom to Covid, and this table of hers, with two elephants shaking coconuts out of a tree, was a memory I really wanted in my home. It was very important that it arrive intact--insurance compensation if it were broken wouldn't cut it. Kim and her family have been in the shipping business for years. She inspired confidence that they could get it to me safely from the minute we talked. They shipped it to me in a custom-built wooden crate with two compartments and multiple types of protective padding. It arrived perfectly, and at a reasonable price!”

“Matthew is a literal angel and let me tell you why. I needed to get my passport photo taken, so initially I went to The UPS Store thinking ‘how bad could they be?’. Well it turns out they can be very, VERY bad. I only had 10 extra minutes before I needed to leave for work so I stopped at The Mail Center. I knew I was in good hands the moment Matthew pulled out a professional camera instead of the purple 2011 digital camera the UPS store used. Not only did he take an amazing picture and was diligent about making sure the picture followed the guidelines to be accepted, but he even showed it to me for approval instead of just rushing my out of the store. ALL THE WHILE handling the deluge of other customers who had shown up around the same time as me in a timely and friendly manner. All hail Matthew! And also give him a raise!”

“Field Service Supervisor Khalil Johnson is the best!!!!! He went above and beyond to get me my package. I have a flight 5am Monday morning to Mexico. My package which is my passport was sent from Liberia, West Africa. After being held at Customs it was finally released back to DHL and arrived in Memphis yesterday. After being told that it would've been delivered yesterday afternoon, I noticed that it was put on hold at the local facility. I called and was informed that it would be delivered Monday, sometime due to bad weather. It was late Friday evening when I was given the number to the local facility to contact. After a couple of failed attempts, Khalil answered and promised to go in the office on Saturday to try and locate my package even though it's not a regular work day. He located it Saturday morning and called to ask me to pick-up. I'm soooo grateful to God and him and I really appreciate his efforts.Thank you a million times over Khalil??”

“As soon as I arrived, I parked behind a truck that was parked right in front of the office and this Young woman came outside very rude telling me that I couldn't parke there, (mind you I'm light skinned) and young woman black, her name is Erica. As soon as I'm about to park my truck elsewhere, I see this lady truck driver coming out of the office with her paperwork in hand and getting inside the truck that I had parked behind earlier, ( truck driver black as well). So when I finished fixing myself and my truck the "correct way" , I go in the office, and Shanika was very sweet, she took my information, handed me my paperwork and guided me to the correct dock to load. Once I got to the dock, the ladies and loaders were very nice and fast. When they were done, this man took my shocking wheel off the truck and I pulled of the dock, and again This Erica comes to me again very rude telling me that they weren't done, when I see the young man coming tours me with paperwork. If she has a problem she shouldn't work there. Everyone else was very professional and nice. Erica, I'm sorry but you need some anger management help. Have a wonderful day!”

I'm leaving this post today because there's a young lady working alone with a line out the door, all while answering calls and assisting customers over the phone. She has two lines going to help with her efficiency and is doing a WONDERFUL job. Most places you go and they're short staffed you can see it on the associates face and demeanor.
