“This is our favorite thrift store! There is always an excellent variety of items that changes frequently, and the prices aren't outrageous. The atmosphere is pleasant (LOVE the fun playlist they have in the background), and the employees are always cheerful and kind, even with difficult customers. It's my first go-to for children's clothing (most regular pieces are $1), house and office wares, books, and craft supplies. I can often find vintage, sturdy versions of tools for sewing and baking for pennies on the dollar.
As an teacher, I receive a discount when I show my ID, as do several other groups, like military, first responders and students. I love the causes they support, and funnel my donations there as well. Hands down, our favorite thrift store in the Memphis area.”
“I’ve been to multiple goodwill‘s in De Soto County, and this, by far is the best one. This location’s customer service is amazing. The store is always clean, neat and prices are good. If you’re in Hernando and looking for a thrift store, give Goodwill a shot.”
“This Goodwill is so big bright and clean! After long hard days it feels so good to walk in and see friendly faces and helpful spirits...the variety of everything is such a great experience.. This is why I'm there at least twice a week! Thank you guys for your service to the community! Thank you for EXCELLENT customer service.”
“Two convenient locations Memphis and Collierville. Find quality merchandise and your purchase will help build homes for families in need. Great organization to give to and buy from”
“Pretty clean and organized. This location seems to have more furniture than some other locations. This goodwill does not have the blue card membership yet as in middle TN. I think in general goodwill charges too much for simple used teeshirts. But that’s across the board with them. Friendly staff.”
“First experience was last week and i loved it. Clean, friendly staff, reasonable and beautiful items. Will be going back and bringing family and friends with me.”
