“I've been taking both my cars to this shop for the past several years. I love the service for three reasons. First, manager Kyle and his team quote me fair prices; they don't overcharge for the small stuff, which builds trust for the pricier stuff. Second, they always complete the work in a timely way--quickly when they can, almost always on the day you bring it in, but when it will take a part a couple of days to show up, they give you a service appointment on that day rather than holding your car all that time. Third, the work stays done, meaning they do great work based on solid diagnostics and a revisit for the same issue is almost never required. They have changed the way I think about car repairs in Oxford--a process that used to involve surrendering your car for a week or more and not knowing when (or whether) you'd get the call telling you it was ready. In short, this is an excellent shop and deserves your business.”

“7/24/2025. Took a chance and went to the Service Dept. My driver side visor came off and I needed it fixed. They had to order a part and I went back on 7/24/2025 and got the visor fixed. Very friendly staff, Pam did call to tell me the part was in. They made an unpleasant situation pleasant. Thank you Oxford Toyota for a caring staff.
We were only going to look, but we wound up purchasing a vehicle. Pam was very helpful and knowledgeable. Then we went to Tim's office. Very polite and explained every detail to us. Now to see how the service department will be. Thank you.

“My truck decided it was a fine time to leave me hanging on the side of the road, so I did a quick search and found Shiver's towing. He got there and had me hooked up to his tow truck in under 10 minutes. Very professional, punctual, friendly, and most importantly VERY reasonably priced. “Our car and truck have been to University Tire several times. We have purchased new tires not only for our vehicles but for our daughter who lives in a different state. She needed new tires and we couldn’t think of a better place to give our business to. Tim, Jo, and Ethan have never let us down with the time and attention we have needed. “Amazing customer service, highly recommend! We had to stop here for an emergency (our alternator went out while on a trip) and they had us in and out in RECORD time and back on the road.
We joked that we wish they sold ornaments or keychains (because we collect them from memories on our travels), and they found an old vintage card so that we can make one.
They also popped some fresh popcorn for our little one to keep her entertained and fed while we waited. Super amazing, friendly staff. I can't recommend this place enough!”
