“I want to take a moment to recognize Bri at Tractor Supply Company for her outstanding professionalism and customer service. During my visit, I witnessed her handle a very difficult situation where she was being unfairly harassed by a customer. Instead of reacting negatively, Bri stayed calm, respectful, and composed the entire time. She showed incredible patience and maturity, ensuring the situation did not escalate while still maintaining a welcoming environment for everyone else in the store.

It’s rare to see someone balance professionalism and kindness under pressure the way Bri did. She represents Tractor Supply Company with excellence and truly goes above and beyond to serve customers. Bri deserves to be recognized for her exceptional character and the way she handled a challenging situation with such grace.”

“Went to Home Depot to look for supplies to build a rope swing and they were so helpful! Robbie made sure we got all of the materials we needed!! Eddie and Brian in the rental department helped put holes through the wood so we could pull the rope through! They went above and beyond for us!!”

“Superb experiences at this store. What an amazing store. All the employees make you feel like family. Today I bought a couple of ceiling fans and a leaf blower and the customer service was by far some of the best I’ve ever received and experienced in my life. I highly recommend this Home Depot to any local or any visitor from out of town. Jordan was absolutely amazing and put the items neatly in the trunk of my car. Thank you all so much and this starts with great leadership.”
