“I want to take a moment to recognize Bri at Tractor Supply Company for her outstanding professionalism and customer service. During my visit, I witnessed her handle a very difficult situation where she was being unfairly harassed by a customer. Instead of reacting negatively, Bri stayed calm, respectful, and composed the entire time. She showed incredible patience and maturity, ensuring the situation did not escalate while still maintaining a welcoming environment for everyone else in the store.
It’s rare to see someone balance professionalism and kindness under pressure the way Bri did. She represents Tractor Supply Company with excellence and truly goes above and beyond to serve customers. Bri deserves to be recognized for her exceptional character and the way she handled a challenging situation with such grace.”

“PetSmart grooming in Oxford was overbooked and understaffed at the time of my visit yesterday. I'm leaving a review to offer corporate a suggestion to have a section of the store for dog bathing booths. Some people have bad backs and don't have resources to bathe their fur babies at home. Matt, the groomer, is friendly but was obviously under a lot of stress trying to service the customer's animals.”

“This store is great! I stopped in on a whim after Petsmart across the street didn’t have something specific I was looking for. The store itself is so clean and open. The staff was friendly and helped me find what I was looking for. The selection and prices are better than Petsmart. I will definitely be going back with my dog to shop around.”
