Tru by Hilton Oxford is a pleasant and clean hotel that receives high praise from guests. The staff is consistently described as friendly, nice, helpful, and super friendly. Rooms are noted for being clean, very comfortable, nice, and smelling amazing. The complimentary breakfast is highlighted as one of the best ever seen, with typical hotel offerings and excellent service. The location is perfect, with many restaurants, a movie theatre, and bowling just around the corner. Everything is conveniently close, about six minutes away, allowing guests to avoid congestion. The hotel provides good amenities, including a pool table in the lobby, a well-equipped workout gym, fast internet, and TVs with both cable and streaming services. The bathroom shower is also very nice. While most feedback is extremely positive, one note mentions that the hotel may complain if a pet barks, despite a pet fee being paid. Overall, guests report a pleasant experience and many state this will be their regular hotel stop in Oxford, with zero complaints and a definite plan to stay again.
It’s a nice place..great location. Our plans had a slight change..and Nathan the manager was very accommodating. Service like he displayed will keep me coming back to the Hilton brand. He deserves 2 thumbs up and kudos for a job well done. Customer service at its finest.

The rooms are clean and efficient. We loved the water bottle filling station in the lobby. Breakfast was nice. Very convenient to the square with a free shuttle on Friday and Saturday nights.
