I had a super positive experience! It was super easy to rent a unit and took 5 min! Moving everything in was made a lot easier with the rolling carts at the front! I was a little annoyed to see they were gone when I needed to move my stuff out (I doubt that was their fault though)

Brooke and staff are great! During a visit we realized our unit had a roof leak. They quickly helped us resolve the situation. Fortunately not much was damaged but the claim process has been easy as well
