“The delivery of our new furniture and washer and dryer was so smooth. The two workers who came were very professional and courteous. It was a hot day and we appreciated that they pushed thru and remained friendly. H the e tested our washer and dryer to make sure it was working well and even asked to help show us how to operate it. Thanks for a fast and professional delivery. The only issue was on the couch. One side of the recliner seems lopsided and doesn’t allow the recliner to open fully when someone is seated. When no one is seated it opens fine. Looking on the backside there is a larger gap between the recliner parts on the defective side. See pictures for reference.”
“Elizabeth and Amy are always friendly to me and willing to go out there and fill bottles any and every time I come by. They greet you when you arrive, have a great conversations an are in a cheerful mood. Highly recommend this location.”

“**Update: They called back after the initial review, even though it was after store hours. They assured me they do not sell used units and not sure how this could have happened, but will make it right by bringing a new unit asap. I appreciate the quick response and am happy I purchased from this store due to the willingness to go above and beyond to ensure I am happy
with my purchase. As a recommendation we would’ve appreciated a courtesy phone call when close to delivery but I’m very satisfied with commitment to customer satisfaction and would shop here again.
Original: Just got home with my “new” speed queen washer that was not in box because it supposedly damaged box opened to ensure everything was fine. This is a used unit they sold me new. Clearly by photos water had been hooked up and ran through this machine. Hopefully when they open back up on Monday they will deliver me an actual new unit like I paid for.”
