“I want to highlight that Advance Audio in Pascagoula is extremely professional and cost-effective. I was initially torn between Audio Wave and Advance Audio, as both were friendly and eager to meet my needs. However, Larry at Advance Audio offered some modern ideas after I shared my preferences. He even surprised me with a fantastic trunk design that reflected my interests. I have a 1971 Chevelle, and I am very pleased with my custom sound system, all thanks to Larry and the team at Advance Audio.”

“The delivery of our new furniture and washer and dryer was so smooth. The two workers who came were very professional and courteous. It was a hot day and we appreciated that they pushed thru and remained friendly. H the e tested our washer and dryer to make sure it was working well and even asked to help show us how to operate it. Thanks for a fast and professional delivery. The only issue was on the couch. One side of the recliner seems lopsided and doesn’t allow the recliner to open fully when someone is seated. When no one is seated it opens fine. Looking on the backside there is a larger gap between the recliner parts on the defective side. See pictures for reference.”

“I recently had to replace my phone after a bad fall on a concrete sidewalk that had damaged it (and my front teeth) back in January. The phone had held up until just a day or so before, and was starting to die on me, so I was very nervous about losing all my content. The employees who assisted me, first Deantae, and then Natalie, were very, very helpful to me. Service was quick and easy and exactly what I requested, and even better than expected! The price was reasonable as well. Both of these young people were knowledgeable in what I needed and were very personable and friendly, which made what is often an unpleasant task for me to be very quick and comfortable instead. I will definitely return to this store location when needed and can confidently recommend it to others! 5 stars for sure!”
