“We were traveling from Texas to Gulf Shores when our sunroof unexpectedly shattered. Needless to say, we were stressed and had no idea what to do.
We called Gerber Collision, and Joey answered the phone. He immediately told us to come in and said he would help us right away. As soon as we arrived, he installed crash wrap on our sunroof and made sure we were able to safely continue our trip.
Joey was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring. He explained that the crash wrap would get us through the rest of our vacation, allowing us to enjoy our time in Gulf Shores and take care of the permanent replacement once we got home.
Joey truly turned a stressful situation into a minor inconvenience. We can't thank him enough for his kindness, quick response, and exceptional customer service. If you're ever in need of collision repair, we highly recommend Gerber Collision, especially Joey!”

“Visited today and Kristeen was extremely helpful with our decision today. Kristeen was quick to offer water and anything else we needed during the deciding process. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new car to visit this location and speak with Kristeen or Robert if you are looking for a new vehicle.”
