“Thank you so much for the professional service. Walked in and got a quote, scheduled my repair, and got my car back on the third day. That's the way to keep your customers coming back. And, my paint job look great too.”

“Always so very helpful! Even if they don't have just what your looking for. They'll either get it in for you. Or suggest a competitor that might have it. Who does that anymore?”

“I can't say enough good things about this place! As a first-time customer they got my ABS brakes fixed and my car back to me the very same day. Very nice vintage Jaguar in for service also, proving what a reputable shop it is. Don't judge a book by it's cover and pass this place up. It might not look like much from the outside, but you can't beat the prices and service!”

“Updated (it unfortunately doesn't show his name) I had to stop here while traveling (from Walt Disney World back to Texas) It was maybe between 10am and 11am. The man (long dreads, chocolate brown skin, brown eyes, friendly smile, slender, tall) was extremely helpful. He even mentioned how going to Disney was a dream of his because he had never been before. My check engine light had come on, and it was just me & my kids. No husband, no boyfriend, no nothing. But I knew I had to take control of the situation. So I stopped here & this man really helped me, he didn't BS me, nor did he try to screw me over because I'm a woman (which is what I was very afraid was going to happen) He printed out papers for me so I knew what I was dealing with (which I'll check to see if I can find this man's name) I paid around $30 for a product he said I needed, he did everything for me, and it was just a great and friendly experience! A few minutes after leaving, the check engine light went off- tell him I said THANK YOU!!! And give that man a raise- he deserves it!”

“We were traveling from Texas to Gulf Shores when our sunroof unexpectedly shattered. Needless to say, we were stressed and had no idea what to do. We called Gerber Collision, and Joey answered the phone. He immediately told us to come in and said he would help us right away. As soon as we arrived, he installed crash wrap on our sunroof and made sure we were able to safely continue our trip. Joey was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring. He explained that the crash wrap would get us through the rest of our vacation, allowing us to enjoy our time in Gulf Shores and take care of the permanent replacement once we got home. Joey truly turned a stressful situation into a minor inconvenience. We can't thank him enough for his kindness, quick response, and exceptional customer service. If you're ever in need of collision repair, we highly recommend Gerber Collision, especially Joey!”

“I would leave 10 stars if it let me, this is the best service I ever had out of O'Reilley's and I came here from Pensacola. Came and got an oil change and brake pads. The lady name is Andrea that helped me, she was so sweet. The store in Pensacola I shop faithfully at let me keep buying same brake pads year after year with lifetime warranty. Everytime I try to warranty them out back home, it's always Oh! I don't see it in our system. When I asked Andrea about it, she had no problem finding me under my number. She was so sweet. Very professional, extremely pleasant, and real easy on the eyes:) I highly recommend this place, everyone in the store had an awesome attitude and didn't look down their nose at me when I walked in. Made me feel right at home.”
