“Zeal was AMAZING! I ordered a pair of boots that in transit, got damaged including the box, bag and boots themselves. Even though they have a no-refund policy on them, I contacted them and explained what had happened and they were SO so great and issued a refund AND gave me e discount code to use on my next purchase. THAT is how you gain and keep customers. Other businesses could learn a lot from their team.If I could give 10 stars, I would.”
