“The delivery it self was great..no issues at all with the two young men. They were all about getting in and out and making sure I was satisfied with the set up and clean up. My only issues was finding out more about the warranty I purchased the details they seem to leave out when they sell it to you. Why offer to sell extended warranty on a discontinued item. The repairs are limited like in my case a tare and you can no longer get the fabric. It was not clear it was a discontinued item or I would not have gotten the extended warranty. I did not get what was on the floor at the store. It was brand new. It was not damaged during shipping and at delivery. Now did the delivery guys see it when they unboxed it, I don't know cause they did not tell me.They should have seen this before boxing. I saw it when I walked around it less than 10 mins after they drove off. So their resolution is to send a technician to try and repair it. I feel they should refund me the warranty because you can't 100% grant it. The young lady I spoke with was very nice as well along with the sales man and lady who completed the paperwork at the store. So hear me clear..my issue is not with the people I have spoken with, it's the policy. I will go a little further with this with the utmost respect.”

But I Received So Much More … I Purchased A King Bed and Night Stand and Dresser and Couch and Loveseat . VERY PLEASED . But I purchased my mattress from Amazon and once it was put together. I was having some issues laying it in my bed frame but I called TD furniture and spoke to and associate. But BRITTNEY Called Me BACK and was Concern that I couldn’t get my mattress into my bed frame properly. I’m So THANKFUL TO BRITTNEY FOR HER OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PLEASANT ATTITUDE!!!!!!
