“I am very late at writing this review and I do apologize. I have to say that Signature Towing and their tow truck driver Justin are awesome. This company and Justin deserve more than a 5-star and I honestly wish that I could give then a 10-plus star. I traveled from Fayetteville, NC to Tallulah, Louisiana to handle some paperwork for my late father and for my grandmother's funeral. The rental I was driving from Enterprise, a crappy 2024 Hyundai Tuscan, broke down on me in Tallulah and the crappy Enterprise 800 customer service agent gave me the worst customer service. The agent would not send a tow to Tallulah, and I gave me no choice but to drive that crappy rental back to my hotel room in Vicksburg. This vehicle malfunctioned on me and lost power too many times. It also powered off, 8 times as I crossed the Vicksburg bridge on my way back to my hotel room. The last time it powered off on me, I almost lost my life due to being less than an inch from being hit by an 18-wheeler. I missed my grandmothers repass and miss seeing off my two aunts and uncles that had to head back home after the repass. The whole bad experience and trouble with this rental had me very upset, along with me mourning my grandmother. On November 23rd, AAA did an amazing job calling an amazing tow company and driver for me. Justin stayed in contact with me the whole time and kept me informed. He went above and beyond talking to me, cheering me up and making sure I was okay. He picked up a nice rental for me from the Enterprise in Jackson. Justin and the manager at Enterprise, made sure I was placed in 2024 Toyota Camery (I didn't want to deal with another SUV) with a tank full of gas. Justin was very professional, nice and a perfect gentleman. Justin, Signature Towing, AAA, and the manager at Enterprise made my scary terrible situation better. Folks, this is my own personal opinion, if you have any car problems and need a tow, call Signature Towing. If you are a AAA member, request and demand, Signature Towing. I highly recommend this company and their driver, Justin.”

“I was looking for a car repair shop near me and I came across Auto Luxe. I read some reviews, and they seem like a good choice for my car(Volvo S80) repairs, and they didn't disappoint. My car was leaking antifreeze and it was determined my radiator was cracked and needed to be replaced. I took it in on a Thursday and explained to them I needed it back by Friday evening because I had to go to work on Saturday and had no other way to get there. They stayed over on a Friday evening to get my care done for me so I would have it for Saturday. Now that's great customer service, and the price was fair for what needed to be done. I probably saved about $300 to $400 with them too. Keep up the great service! You guys will be my go-to auto shop from now on.”

“Fixed my door handle really fast. I went here after the run around with another mechanic. Called this place up on like a Monday bright my truck there Tuesday had the situation assessed brought it back Wednesday had to pick it up so I could get to work bright it back Thursday and my door handle was fixed and ready before I had to go to work and that's after they had to order the replacements for the door handle they did great and I will be using them from now on and referring people I know to go here.”

He was prompt, polite and very careful with my Jeep. Goerge's offers a tracking service so that you can see exactly where they are, when they will arrive and when your vehicle is delivered. I would highly recommend using them for all your auto needs.”
“Helped me out of a pinch. I appreciate it. I gave the pick up and drop off location over the phone and was told I had to pay $175. After my car was told to the destination I was told since it was out of the city it was $3 per mile which ended up being $214. That was my only issue.
