John took care of towing the car to the Lincoln dealership that night & the paperwork involved for the dealership service dept. to contact me the next morning regarding the repairs required. Saved their contact info on my phone just in case I ever needed their services again while in the Jackson area. Their towing services fees were very reasonable & would highly recommend them to anyone requiring their services. GREAT EXPERIENCE, under the circumstances.”
