“Arthur came to the rescue for my cousin and I after an early morning drop off of family to the airport. My van wouldn't start. Arthur tried a few things. He ended up loading it up and bringing us to meridian. It was a stressful morning but Arthur's calmness and engaging conversation was greatly appreciated by both of us. Thank you Arthur. Bless you ?”

“Contacted George’s Towing to get my wife’s car towed after a mechanical breakdown & they were there immediately. John, the tow truck driver, was super friendly, courtesy, & well experienced. John took care of towing the car to the Lincoln dealership that night & the paperwork involved for the dealership service dept. to contact me the next morning regarding the repairs required. Saved their contact info on my phone just in case I ever needed their services again while in the Jackson area. Their towing services fees were very reasonable & would highly recommend them to anyone requiring their services. GREAT EXPERIENCE, under the circumstances.”

“I had an amazing experience with this body shop from start to finish. The quality of the work truly speaks for itself my vehicle looks absolutely flawless, like nothing ever happened. The team was professional, efficient, and kept me informed throughout the entire process.
I especially want to highlight Shawn, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His attention to detail, clear communication, and genuine care for doing the job right really stood out. It’s hard to find that level of dedication these days, and it made all the difference.”

“Helped me out of a pinch. I appreciate it. I gave the pick up and drop off location over the phone and was told I had to pay $175. After my car was told to the destination I was told since it was out of the city it was $3 per mile which ended up being $214. That was my only issue. I still appreciate them and would do business with them again. Thanks S & E.”
