I was very upset that my original reservation in Jackson could not be fulfilled. Leathia, at the Pearl location, made sure I got a truck, politely explained everything to me, and closed out my transaction with a smile!! I feel much better about things and hope all associates can be as friendly as she is.

Everything went well . Notice to customers/ if your a first time renter your required to leave 2 contacts that they will call on the spot as a reference. I thought this was over doing it but it makes rental over all safer . Anyway all went well “ JM
