I was very impressed and appreciative of how well the staff handled my truck reservation. I thought they did an excellent job of explaining to me what was expected of me. They seemed genuinely grateful to have my business. I would highly recommend them again to anyone moving.

If there was a way to pick no stars I would. I’ve tried using this place 3 times and all three times I’ve had to chase the truck that I reserved down. For a company this size they suck at taking care of the customer. Uhaul sucks

Only one employee was available to help causing a long wait. 26ft truck has AC issues which made the 7hour drive miserable. Followed directions on the app and online on how to manage A/C issues with 26ft truck but did not work.

Absolutely Great Experience with Jasmine at this UHAUL location. Got here right at opening at was greeted with amazing hospitality.
So Delighted with my experience. I would definitely recommend Jasmine and this Location !!!

I’m extremely confused by the poor reviews. I experienced the best customer service with Kadejia and her associates! My truck was running a few minutes late but she had already lined up another for me as a back up option. You need to reserve your vehicle in advance, this is a busy location and having a reservation several days in advance will guarantee your vehicle is ready! My truck was very clean and smelled so fresh, so I can’t leave out the gentleman outside either! Overall, if you can follow instructions you won’t have any issues with this location. I will definitely be back if I need another rental while in MS.

Service was horrible purchased rental truck then had to wait 30 mins for a Dolly while one employee assisted another customer while the other employee just sat there when I said I was still waiting on the dolly

Poor attitude of front desk personnel and absolutely no care for customers. They would rather be on their phone than helping customers.Don’t waste your time. Find another location!If I could give negative stars I would!

The truck was terrible!I rented on a Monday and we had an ice storm the following day so we couldn’t use the rental pretty much at all that day in fear of the ice. We made 2 -3 trips the following day and had to bring it back a couple hours late because of weather.I received my bill and it’s more than what I was told it would be. From now on, I’ll rent from Penske or another more reputable company!

Service was horrible. We walked in and they told us they did not have a truck for us. We contacted this location the day before and was reassured that we were good to go. When we told this to the lady behind the desk her response was " I work weekends, I don't know what you were told" This is the 2nd time we have had an issue at this location. Thank goodness we will never be back in that area again. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE....I got on the phone myself and found another location 20 miles away that could and did help us out

There was a problem with the final bill but that was partially my fault but everyone was great at getting it resolved. The biggest problem wasn’t with the employees or the store. It was because the person that had the van before me did not return it on time and it made me late. Van was wonderful and made the trip so much easier. Everyone that works there is wonderful.
